Investec has advised the shareholders of P1 Travel on the sale of the company to Seat Unique
P1 Travel, a leading European online platform for official sports and entertainment tickets, hospitality packages and travel experiences, has been acquired by Seat Unique, a UK-based marketplace for premium sports, music and entertainment hospitality experiences.
The transaction brings together two complementary platforms in the premium live experiences market and supports Seat Unique’s international expansion strategy while broadening global access to official hospitality inventory for clubs, venues and promoters.
About the deal
The acquisition reflects continued growth in demand for premium live experiences and hospitality offerings, as rights holders increasingly seek scalable digital distribution and international audience reach.
Seat Unique and P1 Travel will continue to operate as separate brands while combining their respective strengths. Seat Unique contributes its direct-to-consumer marketplace and proprietary booking technology, while P1 Travel adds deep expertise in European sports hospitality, particularly in top-tier football and Formula 1, alongside an established international distribution network.
Together, the group works with more than 140 official partners and serves customers in over 150 countries, providing access to more than 500,000 official hospitality packages across major global sporting and entertainment events.
The transaction follows Seat Unique’s acquisition of Circuit Hospitality in October 2025 and represents a further step in building an international platform for premium live experiences.
