Who we are
In the Netherlands, the team consists of 18 professionals. Entrepreneurship, a hands-on mentality, accountability, and involvement at every level of the organisation are core values, alongside strong team spirit and a friendly working environment. Investec in the Benelux has an informal corporate culture with short lines of communication.
To support the continuous development of our people, we run the Investec Academy, a dedicated training program that combines external courses with in-house learning. The Academy also provides opportunities for further professional development and for strengthening international connections through social and networking activities.
Our office
You’ll work from a stylish, modern yet welcoming office designed for focus and collaboration. Our open-office setup promotes transparency and short decision lines, but everyone has their own professional workspace.
We also offer a dedicated lunch and social area with a lounge and table tennis table, so your breaks are fun. Our location close to the highway means the office is very accessible from the region, and the office has plenty of parking.
'Happiness' Socials
In the Benelux office, our Happiness Team brings colleagues together through social events and fun surprises throughout the year. We regularly enjoy Thursday or Friday afternoon drinks, alongside team dinners and memorable trips – such as our recent getaway to Iceland.
Each year, we host an international summit that blends learning with fun, featuring activities like sports challenges, cooking workshops, shared dinners, and nights out.
We also offer international exchange opportunities, giving you the chance to live and work from one of our offices in Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin, Zurich, or Copenhagen, as well as the chance to visit our global partners in the UK and the US.
