Nick is Managing Director at Investec’s London office.

He’s specialised in M&A advisory and Technology & FinTech Investment Banking.

Prior to joining Investec, Nick was a senior member of the Technology Investment Banking team at Citi in London, leading on M&A, capital markets and financing transactions. Nick brings over 15 years of transaction experience across software, FinTech and traveltech, having also led transactions at FT Partners, Arma Partners and KPMG.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McGill University and qualified as a chartered accountant in Canada.
