Our UK M&A Advisory team is delighted to have advised Cinven, a leading private equity firm, on their investment into Flint Global – a leading professional services business that advises corporates and investors on regulatory, policy, competition and economics matters.
Cinven’s investment will provide a significant opportunity for the continued growth of Flint Global’s operations through organic investment and targeted acquisitions across its core services and geographies.
This transaction represents the second investment from Cinven’s European mid-market strategy.
