Euro) angesichts starker Nachfrage erfolgreich beraten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dcber den Deal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Investec Bank ist stolz darauf, die Vukile Property Fund Limited bei der erfolgreichen Kapitalbeschaffung in H\u00f6he von 2,65 Milliarden Rand im Rahmen eines beschleunigten Bookbuilding-Verfahrens unterst\u00fctzt zu haben. Aufgrund der starken Nachfrage seitens institutioneller Anleger entschied sich Vukile, das Volumen der Kapitalerh\u00f6hung auf 10 % seines bestehenden Aktienkapitals zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00dcber die Vukile Property Fund Limited<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vukile Property Fund Limited (\u201eVukile\u201c) ist ein hochwertiger, risikoarmer, auf Einzelhandelsimmobilien spezialisierter Immobilieninvestmentfonds (REIT) mit einem geografisch diversifizierten Portfolio an Immobilienverm\u00f6gen im Wert von ca. 54 Mrd. Rand: 34 % bestehen aus st\u00e4dtischen, Pendler-, Township- und l\u00e4ndlichen Einkaufszentren in ganz S\u00fcdafrika, w\u00e4hrend 66 % \u00fcber die in Madrid notierte Tochtergesellschaft Castellana Properties Socimi in Spanien und Portugal gehalten werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vukile wurde am 24. Juni 2004 an der B\u00f6rse von Johannesburg und am 11.
