In close interaction with corporate leaders you will be supporting and driving intellectually challenging projects working closely with interdisciplinary teams across international offices.
You will have the opportunity to work on successions, divestments, mergers, shareholder buyouts, international acquisitions as well as project financings amongst others.
Your career development
We will support you all along your career path in our Investec Academy with technical and soft skills training. An Academy seminar is also organised each year. The Academy is a unique opportunity to bring together our European junior teams for two days of collaboration, exchange and inspiration, with workshops and team activities.

We enjoy being together!
Every year, our international summit, which brings all M&A teams from around the world, is organised by one of the European countries. It combines a rich and entertaining programme, including sports activities, workshops, evening events, nights out, etc.
Our social activities create a lot of solidarity among the team – because we enjoy spending time together, and not only in the office!
Within our teams we regularly host drinks, barbecues, football table fun, sports sessions, team events, etc. We also periodically have Team offsites & fun trips, such as our recent trips to the Alps, Morocco and Spain.
