Sagar Sangoi joined Investec in January 2024 as part of the Healthcare Investment Banking team.

He has nearly a decade of investment banking experience, advising promoters, private equity investors, and strategic acquirers on mergers & acquisitions, private equity fund raises, and equity capital markets transactions, including complex cross-border mandates. His experience spans buy-side and sell-side M&A, growth capital raises, and strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. Sagar has been involved in end-to-end transaction execution, supporting clients through deal structuring, negotiations, and closure.

Prior to joining Investec, Sagar worked with Nuvama (formerly Edelweiss), Motilal Oswal, and Wodehouse Capital, where he advised on a range of mid-market and large-cap transactions.

He is a merit-holding Chartered Accountant from India and a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
