As the leading accounting services firm in Northwestern Switzerland, the company is an established provider of accounting, audit, tax and corporate advisory services. The firm combines traditional offerings with digital solutions through an innovative, modern service model. Its interdisciplinary team of more than 50 employees across two locations in and around Basel primarily supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across all industries, start-ups, medical institutions, and public-sector organizations.
Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a business unit of the Pictet Group and manages hedge fund, private equity, and real estate investments for private and institutional clients. With their Direct Private Equity team, PAA focuses on majority investments in entrepreneur- or family-led businesses that demonstrate resilience and strong growth potential.
The objective of the partnership is to build a leading accounting services group active across Switzerland and focused on SMEs, anchored in an entrepreneurial platform.
